If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

Foodism Claw provides AI-assisted restaurant operations tools, including public profile diagnosis, local SEO workflow support, content planning, documentation, and related reporting features.

Outputs may include recommendations, drafts, scores, summaries, and operational checklists. They are provided for business decision support and should be reviewed before publication or operational use.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to generate deceptive, harmful, or illegal material.

You retain ownership of the restaurant information, prompts, files, platform data, and other content you provide.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, and display that content to operate and improve the service.

If you connect third-party services, you are responsible for having the right to use and share the connected data, and your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

Foodism Claw does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. Recommendations about restaurant operations, marketing, SEO, or reputation management are informational and operational in nature.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and price shown at checkout or in an accepted order.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals. You can cancel future renewals according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support.

We may update features, plan packaging, and prices. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.

Foodism Claw, its software, interface, workflows, documentation, and brand assets are owned by Foodism Claw LTD or its licensors.

These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay fees when due.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
