Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or separately agreed, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, or cases where the service was unavailable in a way that materially prevented use.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction after substantial use of the service.

Fees for one-time setup, custom configuration, implementation support, consulting, or other completed professional services are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written order or required by law.

Free demos, previews, trials, or free-tier access do not create a refund entitlement because no paid fee has been charged for those features.

If a trial converts to a paid plan, the paid plan is governed by the subscription terms presented at checkout.

Send refund requests to services@foodism.pro with the account email, business name, invoice or payment reference, charge date, and reason for the request.

We may ask for additional information to verify the charge and evaluate the request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment processor and financial institution.

Taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or third-party platform fees may not be refundable where they are outside our control.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
